Oral Presentation	15 min

*All presentations include 5 minutes for question and discussion. Presenters are requested to start and done their presentation on time. A warning will be given when 3 minutes left.

Abstract Submission
Abstract of oral presentation should be submitted via NEFES 2018 Submission System. Please mark "for oral presentation" in the NOTE box, or email to Yinpan@intergridconf.org for confirmation.

NOTE: Laptop will be provided by conference. PPT is acceptable. Please show your paper ID as FES**** in the last page for the convenience that the best speaker would be selected. To make sure the presentation can be properly displayed, please debug it and send it to conference secretary before August 1st.

In oral presentations, the best presenters of each session will be awarded with free standard registration for the next NEFES.

Poster Presentation
Abstract of poster presentation should be submitted via NEFES 2018 Submission System. Please mark "for poster presentation" in the NOTE box, or email to Yinpan@intergridconf.org for confirmation.

After acceptance, please design your poster according to NEFES Poster Template and Poster Making Instruction.
For the presenters providing their poster by August 1st, Conference will print the posters for free. If you failed to complete the poster by August 1st, please print the poster by yourself and bring it to the conference site.

NOTE: Presenter is required to stand by his/her poster. After the presentation, it is recommended that you get the poster back before August 22nd. Otherwise, the posters will be taken away by conference committee.
