Rate: Standard Room/Single Room 80USD (480RMB)/night (double breakfast included)
For room reservations, please fill in the reservation form here and send it to our conference email: Yinpan@intergridconf.org with the title "Room Reservation". 80USD/480RMB should be paid as deposit. We would refund it before September 1st, 2018. Please check in on time.

Room Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
-Cancellations before July 20, 2018 will receive a full refund.
-Cancellations within July 20 to August 5, 2018 will be refunded 50% of fees.
-No refunds will be provided for cancellations after April 5, 2018 or no-shows.
