3. NOT included in the registration fee:

• Accommodation
• Visa application costs

4. Confirmation

Please send your payment proof to the conference secretary via email. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within seven (7) days after receiving your payment.

5. Cancellation policy

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.

• Before June 1: Full Refund
• Between June 2 to July 5: 50% of payment Refund
• On and after July 6: No Refund

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
