Registration fee for participants is 450$ (approximately 2800￥) , including:
• One paper publication in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) (indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, CPCI, Inspec, etc.)
• Conference materials (conference guide, gift, etc. ),
• Catering in the conference venue (lunch and dinner during August 20th-21st),
• Access to any sessions and coffee breaks,
• One day tour in Beijing.

Note that the registration fee does not include:
Visa application fee,
Accommodation fee,
Publication fee in SCI or EI indexed journals.

Please kindly be noted that Bowen just takes the money for NEFES 2016 if your registration instruction mentions it. It has nothing to do with IOP publishing. We would like to confirm that IOP EES is the only publication source for our conference proceeding.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations 50 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund;
Cancellations between 49 and 3 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of fees;
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the start of the conference.
