Q1. How can I attend NEFES 2016?
A: You could attend NEFES 2016 in the following forms:
1> For authors who submit an abstract or a paper, registration instructions would be sent to you after confirmation;
2> For participants without paper or abstract submission, you could send an e-mail via Yinpan@intergridconf.org to ask about the participation information, registration instructions would be sent to you after confirmation.
Q2. What is the requirement for the paper format?
A: The full paper does not get fixed format. After peer review, detailed format instructions would be sent to the authors based on specific journal requirements.
Q3. Can I register for only one part of the conference session?
A: Unfortunately no, registration for full conference is required if you want to attend the conference.
Q4. What is the refund policy for conference registration cancellations?
A: Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email and are subject to the following schedule:
◆ Cancellations 50 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund;
◆ Cancellations between 49 and 3 days ahead of the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of fees;
◆ No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days before the start of the conference.
Q5: What is included with the full conference registration?
A: The full conference registration includes attendance to all conference hall, conference materials and gift, dinner and lunch during August 20th-21st, access to all sessions and coffee breaks, one day tour in Beijing.
Q6: What if I’d like to bring a guest?
A: Surely, a guest is warmly welcome to participate in NNEFES 2016.
Q7: I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?
A: Normally, the meals provided by the conference are Buffet dinner and lunch. You could choose the dishes as you like.
Q8: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?
A: Please first complete your conference registration and payment. After that, you could consult via Yinpan@intergridconf.org to get the invitation letter. As visa requests usually take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation two months prior to the conference.
